The first tab in the Options dialog is View.

You can use this tab to choose what elements are shown on the Project screen and in Macro Design view. This is also where you can modify clicking options.

The General tab has a mishmash of options.

You can also click the Web Options button or the Service Options button to change feedback and online preferences.
