In the Spelling tab, you will also find an AutoCorrect Options button. That command will open this dialog:

 

 

This dialog is very similar to the one found in other Microsoft applications: it lets you control when and how Access corrects typos and other errors.

 

You can also access this dialog directly from the Tools menu.
