Creating your macros in a datasheet-type environment means that it’s easy to view each step of your macro. To see it in print preview, open the macro and click the Print Preview button () on the Macro Design toolbar. Access will then ask you what you want included:

Once you make your choices and click OK, the definition will be displayed.

If you’re satisfied with the results, you can then use a Print command from the main macro design screen.
