You can also use an existing HTML form as your data access page. Just double-click that option in the database window:

 

 

Once you double-click that option, you will be able to browse to an HTML file anywhere on your computer.

 

 

Then, once the file has been chosen, it will open in design view so you can perfect it.

 

 

Once the file is saved, it will appear in the pages list just like the other pages we created.
