Open Microsoft Access 2003. |

Open 2-2 Sample from the Exercise
Files folder.

Switch to the
database window.
Click Pages.
Double click Edit
Web page that already exists.

Browse to Contact Form in the
Exercise Files folder.

Add the title Contact Form to this
page.

Close the
form; save changes when prompted. |

In the database window, double-click
Create data access page by using wizard.

Click CallDate
and click the right-facing arrow (>)
to add it to the field list.
Repeat this step for
CallTime and
Subject.
Click Next.

We’re not going to add any grouping, so
just click Next.

For the initial sort order, choose
CallDate.
Click Finish.

Enter Call Record for the page
title.
Close the
page.
When prompted, save
it to the Exercise Files folder as Call Record.
