Most dialog boxes in Access have their own special help functionality. If you don’t understand an option or want to know more information about a particular setting, there are two steps to take. First, click the question mark button beside the dialog box’s Close button:

Your mouse pointer will now have a small question mark beside it (). Second, simply click an item you want to know more about. A small window will appear giving a description about that particular option:
