Like colours, you can modify the functionality of nearly every control in Access by using the right-click command. At the bottom of the right-click menu is the Properties command:

 

 

If you right-click on a command button, you can see all the properties available to it:

 

 

As you can see, one button can do a lot of work! You can link the button to an external Internet source, adjust its dimensions manually, change all aspects of the font on the button, and describe what actions it should take if it is interacted with. It can even be designed to run a macro when the button is pressed and run a query when the button is released.
