The default layout of columns in Datasheet view is not set in stone; you can drag any column anywhere you like in the database.

Click once to highlight a column of data, then click again and hold. Finally drag the column where you want. As you drag the column through the table, you will see a thick black line move through the table. This black line indicates which two columns the column will be placed between:
