To save a range from a workbook as a web page, open the appropriate workbook and select the range of data that you want to use.
Next, choose File->Save as Web Page to invoke the save as dialogue box.
Select Web Page (*.htm; *.html) as the file type, choose a name for the file, and select a location to save the file in.
Click the Selection: radio button, and put a checkmark to add interactivity if you wish. When you are ready, click save to create the web page.
Alternatively, you could click the Publish button and use the Publish as Web Page box to specify the range, and choose whether you want spreadsheet functionality, PivotTable functionality, or no functionality.
