Start Excel
by double clicking the Excel icon on the desktop, or by using
the Start menu.
Start->programs->Microsoft Office->Microsoft Office Excel 2003.

When you see
the Excel screen, click the file menu and select the Open option
to display the Open file dialogue box.
File->Open

Browse to
your Excel 2003 practice folder and Select the SimpleSales file.
Click the
Open button to open the workbook |

You should
now see the simple sales workbook.

Click on the
zoom drop down list arrow, and select the 200% scale factor.
(the current zoom value of 100% is highlighted in blue and is
visible in the text field)

You should
now see the Simple Sales worksheet in a closer view.

Click on the
zoom text field, (make sure the number currently in the
text field is highlighted in blue) type
60 and press Enter.

 
You can now
see a much larger worksheet area, with less detail. Click the
File menu and select Close, (File->Close).
When the save changes alert box appears, click the No
button. Close Excel by clicking the close button(X) in
the upper right of the Excel screen.
