Most
people use extra personal folder files like a filing cabinet, to store
old data away in. The people who made Outlook recognized this, and have
included a helpful feature called archiving. This feature lets you tell
Outlook how often you want old data moved to a different personal folder
file and which file to move it to; essentially doing your data
management for you! There are some other ways to manage your data, like
exporting it or using Mailbox Cleanup, which we’ll also talk about in
this lesson.
