you’re familiar with Windows, you may be aware that each user can have
his or her own Windows profile. Each profile has its own settings, such
as desktop background, favourite programs, and start menu layout.
Outlook has a similar feature, allowing multiple users on the same
computer to each have their own Outlook profile. This allows each user
to have their own e-mail account and have their own set of personal
folders, keeping their information private. Let’s
