Make sure
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 is open.

Click the
Tools
menu and click Address Book.
|
|
|
|
|

Click the
File
menu and click New Entry.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Ensure
New Contact
is selected in the top portion of the window.
Make sure
Contacts
is the folder listed in the bottom portion of the window.
Click
OK.

|

|
For the new
contact, fill out any information you would like; just make sure
the first name, last name, and e-mail address fields are
completed.
Click
Save and Close.

|
|

This should
bring you back to the Outlook Address Book. Click the contact
you just created and click the
Properties button
( ) on the
toolbar.

|
|

In
the Notes field, type
This is my new contact.
|
|
|
|
|
8.
|
Click
Save and Close.
|
|
|
|
|
9.
|
This should
bring us back to the address book screen again. Click to select
your new contact. Then, click the
File
menu and click New Message.
|

|
|
|
10.
|
Close
out of the new message window.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Close
out of the address book.
