Open
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

Open your
calendar folder.
|
|
|
|
|

Click the
Tools
menu and click Design a Form.
|
|
|
|
|

Click
Appointment
and click Open.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Click the
P.2 tab.
In the Field
Chooser, click the drop-down menu and choose
All Appointment fields.
Drag and
drop the following fields into the grid:

Billing Information
-
Mileage
-
Location
-
Directory Server
|

|
|
|

Click on the
text that says Directory
Server and type
Hours:.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Click the
Tools
menu, click Forms,
and click Publish Form.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Change the
Look In location to Personal
Forms Library.
Type
Sample Form for the
Display Name.
Click
Publish.
|

|
|
|

|
Close
out of the new form. Do not save changes.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Click the
Tools
menu, click Forms,
and click Choose Form.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Change the
Look In location to Personal
Forms Library.
|

|
|
|

Click
Sample Form
and click Open.
|
|
|
|
|

In the
sample form, type anything you want for the subject or for
notes. Make the appointment for today, choosing a time later
than the current time.
Click the
P.2 tab. Fill out the fields using this information:

Billing Information:
Hourly
-
Mileage:
None
-
Location:
Worked from office
-
Hours:
5.5
|

Click
Save and Close.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Open the
appointment we just created. Click on the P.2 tab to see how
your information is displayed.

|
|
|

Close
out of the appointment window without changing anything.
|
|
|
|
|

Click the
Tools
menu, click Options,
click the Other
tab, click Advanced Options,
click Custom Forms,
and then click Manage Forms.

|
|
|

|
On the
right-hand side, click Sample
Form.
Click
Delete.
|
|
|
|
|
19.
|
Click
Close.
Click OK
to all windows behind this window to go back to the main Outlook
screen.

|
|
