Outlook Web Access is a Web site that looks like Microsoft Outlook. Its availability, the version of Outlook that it resembles, and the features available all depend on what your system administrator has set, so we’re not going to cover the features in depth. Usually, it’s a scaled down version of Microsoft Outlook, so you shouldn’t have any problems using its features. This tool can be really useful when you’re not in the office but you need access to your Exchange mailbox. If you’re not sure if your network has this capability, just ask your system administrator.
