Office 2003 comes with access to an interesting new service: Information Rights Management (IRM). IRM allows you to control what happens to your e-mail after you send it. For example, you can specify that it cannot be forwarded. This doesn’t prevent people from using other methods (like screen captures) to share your e-mail with other people, but it does prevent thoughtless forwarding. These features are normally only effective when the recipient is using Outlook 2003.
