You can use information rights management in Outlook on any computer as it is currently a free service. (You do need a Microsoft .NET passport, which is also free, to sign up for it.)

 

If you open a new mail message, click the File menu, click Permissions, and select anything from this menu, you will be prompted to install IRM:

 

 

Just click Yes to walk through the IRM installation wizard. (We are not going to cover this wizard as it is a separate piece of software and may change at any time.) Once this is installed, you’re ready to use it!
