SECTION 4
Lesson 4.1: Setting up Business Contact Manager

Another new addition is the Business Contact Manager toolbar:

Just like other toolbars, you can move it or close it. If you put your cursor over any of the buttons on the toolbar, you’ll see a ScreenTip that will tell you what the button does. You cannot, however, customize the buttons on the toolbar.

Here’s a close-up look at the options on the toolbar (remember that we haven’t covered most of these, so don’t panic if they don’t make sense):

Opens a dialog box enabling you to link all e-mail to and from the sender to a business contact or account.

Link an Outlook item to an opportunity, an account, or a business contact.

Opens the business contacts folder.

Opens the accounts folder.

Opens the opportunities folder.

Opens the business history folder.

Opens a business note.

Opens a phone log.

Opens Business Contact Manager Help.
