Lesson 4.1: Setting up Business Contact Manager

1.

Install Business Contact Manager version 2.

 

 

2.

Open Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

 

 

3.

In the startup wizard, choose Yes and click Next.

 

 

4.

Click Create a New Database. Type your name for the database name.

Click Next.

 

 

5.

Click Finish.

 

 

6.

Click the Go menu and click Folder List.

Click Business Contact Manager in the Folder List.

 

 

7.

Click Manage Your Sales Opportunities in the Business Contact Manager Homepage.

 

 

8.

Close out of the help window.

 

 

9.

Click the Open Opportunities button () on the toolbar.

 

 

10.

Click the Business Tools menu to expand it. Click Reports and look at the options.

 

 

11.

Click on an area outside of the Business Tools menu to close the menu.
