Opening a message also happens whenever you have a message selected and
you click the Reply, Reply to All, or the Forward button. Here’s how
those buttons differ: -
Reply: Opens a new mail message addressed to the person who sent it to you,
with the text of the e-mail already in the body. -
Reply to all: Opens a new mail message addressed to all the people that the
message was sent to, with the text of the e-mail already in the body. -
Forward: Opens a new mail message with no addressees, with the text of the
e-mail already in the body. We
haven’t learned yet about creating an e-mail, so don’t worry about all
the options when the message window pops open. Once that window is open,
though, it’s just like creating a new mail message, which we’ll talk
about later on. To
re-send a message that you already sent, go into the sent items and open
the message, using one of the commands that we talked about before.
Then, you can edit and send it like a regular e-mail, which we’ll be
talking about later.
