that we’ve learned how to create a basic e-mail message, it’s time to
learn how to customize your messages. Because Outlook shares features
with other versions of Office (it actually uses Microsoft Office Word to
compose and edit e-mail messages), you’ll see many familiar features in
Outlook. These include: -

Lots of different fonts -
Formatting options like bold, italics, and underline -
Colour themes -
