Click on the
Tools
menu (from the main screen of Outlook) and click
Options.

Click on the
Mail Format
tab.
|
|
|
|
|

In the
“Stationery and Fonts” box, click to select the
Citrus Punch
stationery. Click Apply
and then OK.

Click on the
Actions
menu and click New Mail
Message.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Make sure
that HTML is selected as the mail format in the box next to
options. Then, click the ▼
next to Options on the Standard toolbar and click
E-mail signatures.

In the title
box, type My Signature.
|
|
|
|
|

|
In the
formatting options above the text box, choose Monotype Corsiva
in the font drop-down, and then choose 14 for the size.

Then, type
your name in the text box. Press enter, and then type the name
of your organization. Click
OK.

Click the
▼
next to Options on the Standard toolbar and click
E-mail signatures.

|
|
|

In the
second drop-down at the bottom (Signature for New Messages),
click the drop-down arrow and choose your new signature.

|
|
|

Click
OK,
and then close your new mail message.
