Lesson 3.4: Using Notes

   

 

Have you ever used Post-It Notes to jot down a thought, driving directions, or some other scrap of information? Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 has a feature just like that, only in digital form!

 

To access the Notes folder, perform one of the following actions:

-       Click Notes in the Navigation Pane

-       Click the Go menu and click Notes

-       Use the shortcut keys Ctrl + 5

 

Here’s an overview of the Notes window:

 

 

Like before, we have the main menu, the standard toolbar, the navigation pane with our list of views, and the main notes screen. (If you need a review on the buttons in the standard toolbar, you may want to go back to the chart in lesson 1.4.)
