Make sure
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 is open. Drag and drop the two
sample messages (Welcome to Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Business
Contact Manager and Welcome to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003)
from the sample files folder into your inbox.

Click on the
File
menu, click New,
and click Folder.
|
|
|
|
|

|
In the Name
field, type
Test Messages. Leave the
item type as Mail and Post Items. Click on
Personal Folders
for the folder location. Click
OK.

|
|

|
Right-click
on the Welcome to Microsoft
Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager message
in the inbox and click Create
Rule.
|
|
|
|
|
5.
|
Check the
first condition (From Outlook
Business Contact Manager Team)
and the last action (Move
E-mail to Folder).
Click the Select Folder
button. Click the Test
Messages folder and
click OK.
|

|
|
|
6.
|
Click OK
once more to exit the Create Rule box. Check the box that says
Run this rule now on messages
already in this folder
and click
OK.

|
|
|
7.
|
Right-click
on the Welcome to Microsoft
Office Outlook 2003
message still in the inbox. Choose
Junk E-mail Options
and click Add Sender to Safe
Senders List.

|
|
8.
|
Click the
Tools
menu and click
Organize.
|
|
|
|
|
9.
|
Click the
Using Colours tab.
Fill out the first set of fields so it looks like this:

Close the
Organize pane by clicking the
X
in the top right hand corner of the pane.
