Make sure
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 is open and that you’re at its
main screen.

Click on the
Tools
menu and click Options.
Click on the Mail Format
tab.

Click the
Signatures
button at the bottom of the screen.
|
|
|
|
|

Click New.
For the name
of your signature, type, My
Signature.
For Step 2,
make sure that the dot is next to
Start with a blank signature.
Click
Next.

In the Edit
Signature window, click the
Font button.
Choose
Lucida Handwriting
for your font style. Choose
18 for the size.
Choose purple
for the colour.
Click
OK.

|

Click the
Paragraph
button. Put the dot next to
centre ( ).
Click OK.
|
|
|
|
|
7.
|
In the main
text window, type
Your name
Your company/organization
Your e-mail address
(The actual
text you fill in is totally up to you!)
Click the
Finish
button.

|
|
8.
|
In the
Mail Format window, make sure that My Signature is listed as the
default signature for new messages.
Click
Apply
and then OK.

Create a
new mail message to see what your signature looks like!
