When
you open a new or existing calendar item, you’ll see this screen:
All you have to do
is click on the Contacts button (which is circled in green in the
picture above). This will bring up a window asking you to pick which
contacts you want to link to this item. You can also pick which folder
you want to use in case the contacts aren’t in your regular contacts
folder. Here’s an example:
You can select
just one contact from the list in the bottom part of the screen, or hold
down the Ctrl key and click on multiple contacts. Once you’re done,
click OK. Now you’ll see your contacts listed in the calendar window:
You can see the
names of the contacts we’ve selected circled in green in the bottom left
hand corner. Now, just click Save and Close to finish the process! You can remove
contacts linked to a calendar item by opening it and deleting the
person’s name from the contacts field in the bottom left hand corner.
Then, click Save and Close to save your changes.
