Lesson 2.3: Operating With Embedded Objects

   

 

Embedding an object is creating it in the source file. The difference is when you embed a file you are adding it to the presentation which can make for a very large file. The bonus when embedding is that the source file becomes part of the presentation therefore goes anywhere the presentation does. Where as links must be installed if switching computers for the presentation. Before you embed the files, new embedded files are to be created.
