Turn your
Microphone

Dictation. |

Switch to
Dictation mode, continue dictating text.
Note:
We do recommend dictating first, and then format the text. |

If the
language dictionary does not recognize a word:
Go to the
Language toolbar, Select
Tools. |

Select
Add/delete word. |

|

While
recording say the
word and it will be added to the dictionary.
Note:
We do recommend doing additional voice command training with the
Voice Training Wizard.
Select
Tools
on the Language toolbar, Select

noticed that some unrecognized words are listed,
Select
Tools,
and
Learn from document. |

Switch to
Handwriting,
located on the Language toolbar.
Note:
If you do not have a pen tablet or other writing pad, you can
use your mouse to get started with. |

Writing Pad.
Note:
The writing pad will appear along with a pen to write with. |
