You can send and receive presentations through Microsoft Outlook This way people can review and add comments to the presentation. When a message is sent back to the user Outlook will display a red flag requesting to review all changes. To review the changes open in the Revisions task pane. PowerPoint has made it very simple to Send documents for review. You will find under file the Send to option and mail recipient for review option. By selecting a sent to option Outlook will automatically generate the e-mail window with the document attached.
