Lesson 3.4: Online Meetings

   

 

 

To begin an online meeting the host needs to invite or schedule a meeting. Scheduling a meeting for the first time will generate the NetMeeting dialog box. This dialog box will ask you for information about yourself and the directory server you are using in order for you to be found/recognized. From then on you can invite participants for a scheduled meeting via email. During the meeting you can chat with other users to brainstorm ideas, create a whiteboard to show your ideas and see other participants' ideas, as well as send files to all users involved in the meeting.
