You can also start and Unscheduled meeting, this will also depend on if the participants you invite are available and whether they accept. If you go to Online Collaboration and select Meet now; the find someone dialog box will open where you can chose the participants and call them. Once you close the dialog box the online meeting toolbar will open and display the participants who have agreed to the meeting.
