To create text in PowerPoint you must have a place for it to go, meaning a text box or placeholder. In the last lesson, we briefly looked at slides and their layouts. Each of those slides was a place for text to go, as PowerPoint creates slides to incorporate text. Therefore, the only task we have to do is click on the text box/placeholder and type.
