Find and Replace is an excellent tool that helps you edit your entire presentation at once. For example, you may want to replace every occurrence of the word “good” with the word “excellent” in your presentation. The Find and Replace dialog box is accessed from the Edit menu and will search and replace each “good.”

You can find and replace individual occurrences of a word or phrase by clicking the Find Next button and then clicking replace, to replace the text or Find Next to leave the text alone and move onto the next occurrence.
