PowerPoint 2003 provides various chart types and styles. When choosing the type and style of your Chart, is best to use the Chart that best suits your information, and one that your audience will know how to interpret.

You can use the Chart Type icon on the chart toolbar to change your chart:

Or, you can click the Chart menu and click Chart Type. That will open this dialog:

Here, you can choose a standard format or create a custom format.
