PowerPoint 2003 provides various styles of organization charts so that you can decide which one will work best with your presentation and data. Inserting organization charts can be done two ways: by clicking on the diagram icon  on the Drawing toolbar or by clicking the Insert menu and choosing Diagram.

Then, the Diagram Gallery will open so you can choose the chart type:
