For organizational charts, there are three shapes available to add to your chart: Subordinate, Co-worker, and Assistant. Subordinate is a shape that is lower in rank than the superior shape, a co-worker is at the same level, and assistant would be adjoined to the subordinate, co-worker or superior shape.

You can insert any of these shapes from the Organization Chart toolbar.
