Open Lesson 1.5
from the Exercise Files folder.

Slide 3.
Click the
Insert menu and click
Diagram.

Select
Organization Chart. Click
OK.

Select the
bottom
middle
shape. Click the
Insert
Shape button and click
Subordinate. Repeat the
process.

Add text to each shape
so that your chart looks like this:

Now our chart is
complete, but it’s not very fun. Click the
AutoFormat button to open the
style gallery.

style and click
OK.
