If you plan to embed the narration, the narration sound file will be part of the presentation, which results in a very large file. If you choose to link the narration it will be stored to the local hard drive and will play when prompted, which makes for a smaller file. Unfortunately, if you are playing the presentation on a different computer, the link will become broken as the file will not be in the same place (unless you have stored it on a server).
