Open Lesson 2.3 from the Exercise Files folder.

Click Slide 1.

On the main menu click Slide Show and click Record Narration.

We are going to embed our narration so just click OK in the dialog.

The slide show will begin. For the first slide, say, “The Funland corporation was founded in 1989 and still has the same structure.”

6.

Wait a few seconds, press the Spacebar to advance to the next slide, and say, “We had very good visitor numbers for our first quarter this year.”

7.

Wait a few seconds, press the Spacebar again, and say, “We plan on increasing those numbers by…” (press spacebar) “focusing on the Funland Spa.”

8.

Wait a few seconds, press the Spacebar again, and say, “We also plan on adding an aquarium.” Press the Escape key.

9.

When prompted, choose to save the slide timings.

10.

Click the View menu and click Slide Show.

11.

Save your presentation as Lesson 2.3 Completed.
