Open PowerPoint.

Select Insert, choose Picture, and click New Photo Album.

Click File/Disk to select picture.

Open the Images folder in the Exercise Files folder.

Select all four pictures and click Insert.

For the Picture Layout, choose 4 Pictures.

For the Frame Shape, choose Oval.

6.

Click Browse next to the Design Template.

7.

Double-click the Presentation Designs folder. Choose Capsules and click Select.

8.

Click Create.

9.

Your photo album will appear.

10.

Save your presentation as Funland Photo Album.
