Once you have copied the presentation to a folder or CD, that folder or CD will contain everything you need to make your presentation.

So, let’s say that you took this CD to where you were making your presentation. You would pop the CD in the drive and open it in My Computer. Then, you would double-click the PowerPoint viewer (highlighted above). It would then prompt you to locate your file; by default it would choose the presentation on the CD.

Just like opening a file in PowerPoint, you would select your file and click Open. The presentation will automatically begin.
