By default, the Options dialog opens to the View tab.
This tab lets you set the default view, date format, elements displayed, linking options, currency options, and outline options.
Our next tab, General, is a mishmash of start-up options, user information, wizard settings, and resource and task options. You can also click the Service Options button to control online elements of Project (such as Office Online, shared workspaces, and customer feedback).
The third tab, Edit, lets you control how you edit cells and formulas and how time units and hyperlinks appear.
