Open Microsoft Project

Open 2-3 Sample
from the Sample Files folder.

menu and click
Copy Picture.

Choose to render the
image as a GIF
file.
Click the
Browse
button.
Browse to your
desktop
and save the file as Gantt Chart.

choose
Microsoft Excel Workbook.
Choose Sample
Book.xls.

Choose to use a
New Map
and click Next.

For the Import Mode,
choose to
merge the data into the active project.
Click
Next.

resources.
Uncheck
Import includes
headers and click
Next.

For the Source Worksheet
name, choose
Sheet 1.

Now, use the drop-down

below.
Click
Finish.

menu and click
Resource Sheet.
