Although it’s easy to bring your Outlook tasks into Project, it’s not as easy to export tasks or calendar information from Project to Outlook. You can, however, select particular tasks and save them as an Excel Workbook (.xls) or Comma Separated Values (.csv) file, both of which are supported in Outlook.
