There are two ways to open Microsoft Project 2003. The first is from the icon on your desktop. Double-click the icon that says Microsoft Project 2003, like this:

You can also find Microsoft Project 2003 in your start menu. Follow the steps listed below to find Project in your start menu. (Note that some steps have two methods as they apply to both users of Windows 2000 and Windows XP.)

-          Click the Start button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

-          Choose Programs or All Programs.

-          Click the Microsoft Office folder.

-          Click Microsoft Office Project 2003.
