Lesson 1.4: Managing Project Files

   

 

 

Once you become comfortable with Microsoft Project 2003, you’ll probably have multiple projects on the go. Luckily, Project lets you have several projects open at a time.

 

To open multiple projects, just use the Open commands that we talked about earlier. Then, click the Window menu to see a list of open projects:

 

 

The one that you’re currently in will have a check next to it. To switch to another project, just click it.

 

 

There are some other tools in the Window menu, but we’ll save those for later.
