Views are one of the most flexible components of Project. You can even use two different views at the same time! First, click the Window menu and click Split.

 

 

Then, click to place focus on the portion of the window that you want to change. Next, click the View menu and choose your view.

 

 

Now, you will see two different views at once.

 

 

Note that in this example, the Task Usage form only shows the task currently selected. You may want to make use of this extra space by resizing the bottom pane. To do this, place your cursor over the split between the two windows. Then, drag it to its new location.

 

 

You can combine views in almost any way imaginable, so make use of them!
