Under the
View menu, select
Master Page.

Go to the edit master
page task pane, select New Master
Page.

The new master page
dialog box will appear for you to name the master page, give a
description, and check whether this master page is to be a two
page spread.

Repeat until you have four master
pages listed in the task pane.

Master A, apply background as
shown below.

Apply Master Page.

Apply Page Range.

Master B to page 2, apply

Use the same master page for both facing
