At the bottom of the task pane is the Organize Clips link. The clip organizer will scan and catalogue all of the collections containing picture, sound, and motion files found on your hard disk to folders you specify. With the Clip Organizer you can copy clips from the Office and Web Collections and Paste them in Your Collection or your Favourites; this way the clips will always be available with or without an Internet connection.
