With today’s software it is easier than ever to add a picture from a camera or scanner. A picture can be scanned from the scanner directly or inserted from a computer file.

By selecting the Insert Picture from a Scanner or Camera icon , you can access the Insert Picture from Scanner or Camera dialog box. Here, you are able to choose the device holding the picture, and ask it to preview and scan the photo.
